1. What this site provides
Minguo.tw provides free calendar conversion tools and written reference material about Taiwan's ROC (Minguo) calendar, the lunar calendar and related date systems. Using the site is free and requires no account.
2. Unofficial reference
This is an independent, unofficial site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government agency in Taiwan or elsewhere. Nothing here is legal, immigration, tax or financial advice.
3. Accuracy and limits
Conversions are computed rather than hand-entered, and have been checked against official and independently known reference values. Even so, the site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Some information — particularly future public holiday schedules — is set by government announcement and may change after publication.
For any purpose with legal or financial consequences, rely on the authority that issued your document rather than on this site.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.
5. Advertising and third parties

If you would like to reproduce a substantial part of the written material, please ask first — the answer is usually yes, with attribution.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or reproduce it wholesale as your own. Normal reading, linking and occasional automated lookups are fine.
